Cheating During Testing Multiplayer Guide

Join friends in Cheating During Testing, coordinate matching answer sheets, manage shared-classroom sightlines, and reduce Snitch risk.

How multiplayer works

Cheating During Testing runs in a shared Roblox classroom. Current public Roblox metadata lists a maximum server size of 24 players, and the official description says players can team up with friends “if you can trust them.” It also warns that Snitches can sell players out for Credits. Multiplayer is therefore both an advantage and a threat: classmates can share observations or create cover, but they can also report visible cheating.

There is no need to assume a separate in-game party system. The normal approach is to have one friend join the official experience, then let others use Roblox’s Join option on that friend’s profile when privacy settings, server capacity, and join permissions allow it. Confirm everyone entered the same server before the assessment begins.

Seats may be assigned rather than chosen, so a group should not build a plan that requires sitting together. Use a routine that still works when friends are on opposite sides of the classroom.

Join friends reliably

First confirm that everyone is opening Cheating During Testing [BETA] by @ebenxzy, Place ID 98894876188248. Similar titles can point to another experience. Let the host enter a public server with available capacity, then have the group join through Roblox. If Join is missing, check the host’s privacy settings and whether the server is already full.

Once together, agree on short communication before joining the test. Decide who will call teacher direction, who may process answers, and what words mean “hide now” or “version mismatch.” Long planning during the timed paper creates distraction and gives strangers more information.

Do not promise a private server unless the official Roblox page currently offers and enables one. Public server behavior and access options can change during Beta, so use what the live page shows.

Share answers without losing alignment

Before sharing anything, every player should read the version letter on their own sheet. Community evidence shows at least Version A and Version B, which can have different correct choices. A friend with Version A should not call a bare sequence to a Version B player.

When versions match, say the question number and choice together: “three C,” not simply “C.” Share two or three corrections, pause, and let listeners confirm. This avoids a missed question shifting the entire remainder of the sequence. If versions do not match, each player should process their own Phone results.

One friend with a stronger Phone may act as an answer caller, but that is a player strategy rather than a formal sharing feature. The caller still needs a safe teacher window and should not keep the Phone exposed while everyone debates a number. Other group members can remain on the pencil and listen.

Use classmates as temporary cover

A student seated between you and the teacher can block the teacher’s line of sight in community-observed play. Treat this as temporary geometry. Cover ends when the teacher changes lane, the student moves, or the angle opens around the character.

Do not ask a friend to perform risky movement merely to shield you. A stable classmate is useful only while the sightline is completely broken. Prepare the exact Phone or sheet action before the cover arrives, perform it briefly, and hide the item before the lane reopens.

Friends can also act as lookouts by calling “turning” or “clear,” but your own screen remains the final check. Network delay can make a voice call arrive after the teacher has already changed direction. If your view and the call disagree, hide.

Reduce Snitch and betrayal risk

Assume strangers can observe suspicious equipment even when the teacher cannot. Avoid using a Phone openly in the center of a crowded row. Keep voice or chat callouts minimal and do not announce a full answer list to the room.

The official description makes distrust part of the game. That does not mean every player is hostile; it means your safe plan should survive a report attempt. Limit who sees the gadget, stop cheating when another player appears focused on you, and do not retaliate blindly. A mistaken report or panic can distract you from the teacher.

If the live interface provides a report mechanic, follow its valid-target rules and current prompt. Community pages mention Credit rewards for successful reports, but values and conditions can change. Confirm any reward on your Assessment Complete screen rather than assuming a fixed amount.

A simple friend-group plan

  1. Join the same server and verify every player is ready.
  2. Agree on one short danger call and one clear call.
  3. After seating, each player reports their sheet version privately or in a compact message.
  4. One player processes a small answer batch only when their own teacher view is safe.
  5. Matching-version players repeat question number and choice back once.
  6. Everyone hides equipment when any player calls danger, but each person still trusts their own screen first.
  7. Between batches, face forward, use the pencil, and let Anxiety recover.
  8. After the result, compare percentages and reward lines to find any numbering mistake.

This plan avoids a single point of failure. If the caller is caught or has a different version, the rest can still finish using their own paper and Phone.

Multiplayer failure fixes

A friend joined a different server. Leave as a group, pick one host, and join through that profile again. Check capacity and privacy rather than repeatedly refreshing at random.

The shared answers are wrong. Compare version letters and identify where a question number was skipped. Use smaller numbered batches next time.

A lookout call arrived late. Treat voice as extra warning, not permission. Use your own teacher view and hide on uncertainty.

A stranger keeps watching the group. Stop exposing gadgets, spread out if the game allows it, and complete normal pencil actions. Do not create more evidence by taunting or displaying the inventory.

The class is chaotic. Reduce the plan to individual completions. A coordinated perfect attempt is optional; finishing safely still earns normal progression.
