The progression loop in one view

Cheating During Testing progression begins with finished assessments. The official experience description confirms that completed tests award Credits, higher grades provide bigger rewards, and those resources support better gadgets and equipment. Community result screens also show level movement and itemized payout lines. The practical loop is therefore: complete a test, read the result, bank the reward, inspect new Shop options, and use the next upgrade to make future completions safer or faster.

Do not begin by chasing the highest reported payout. A failed 100% attempt gives you less useful momentum than a repeatable completed run. First prove that you can survive the teacher and timer. Then improve answer accuracy, reduce exposed Phone cycles, and finally optimize grades and streak-related bonuses shown in the current results screen.

This section separates three questions that are often mixed together: how to get Credits, how to level up, and how assessment rewards work. Use the page matching the number or lock you are trying to understand.

Stabilize completions before maximizing grades

Your earliest target should be reaching Assessment Complete without being caught. Use the beginner routine: prepare the paper, wait for the teacher to face away, expose the Phone for a short purpose, hide it when attention changes, and let Anxiety recover between checks. A completed low or middle grade shows that the survival loop works even if answer efficiency still needs practice.

Once completions are consistent, improve percentage one batch at a time. Confirm whether your sheet is Version A or Version B, keep every Phone correction tied to a question number, and reserve time for a final review. The Answers hub explains why static answer strings can fail across versions and Beta updates.

Track one result from each run. Note the percentage, letter grade, Cheater Rating, level change, Grade Reward, On-Time Reward, streak line, and final Credit total if those fields appear. Comparing your own screens reveals which improvement actually changed the payout without assuming a recorded total is universal.

Earn and spend Credits deliberately

Credits are the normal in-game currency described on the official page. The clearest free source is finishing assessments, with higher grades paying more. Community recordings also show social reward lines tied to reporting another cheater, but the value and exact conditions should be confirmed in your own server because the experience is still being balanced.

The Credits guide builds a repeatable earning route and separates stable official claims from observed payout examples. It also explains why Credit packs purchased with Robux are optional shortcuts rather than the foundation of progression.

Before buying, identify the bottleneck. If you need too many scans, compare Phone capacity. If processing holds the tool out too long, compare speed. If you lose to the timer while otherwise safe, inspect a timing item. Avoid spending only because the balance is large enough; wait until an item addresses a failure you can name.

Understand levels and Shop gates

Community result screens show level gains after successful assessments, and community guides describe equipment gated by level. The exact milestone table may change during Beta. Confirm progress in two places: the Assessment Complete screen for the level result and the live Shop for the requirement on the item you want.

Read how to level up for a free progression routine, milestone verification, and the difference between earned levels and optional paid skips. Do not buy a level product merely because an old table says a gadget is locked. Open the current item card first and confirm the gate.

Levels and Credits solve different parts of the purchase. Meeting the level requirement can make an item available, while Credits pay its listed in-game price. Plan for both. It is possible to reach a gate without enough currency or save enough currency before the required level; neither situation means the progression system is broken.

Read assessment rewards correctly

The Assessment Complete screen is a breakdown, not just a letter grade. Community captures show a percentage, grade, Cheater Rating, level movement, reward components, and a final Credit amount. Read every row because a higher final number may come from better accuracy, finishing on time, a streak multiplier, or another bonus rather than one fixed “win payment.”

The assessment rewards guide explains each observed field and provides a comparison method. A community-perfect run has been recorded with a specific grade and timing breakdown, but that is an example from one build and account state. Your current screen is the final authority.

If a reward seems missing, take a screenshot for your own record, note the server time and displayed rows, then recheck the balance in the lobby. Do not immediately repeat a Robux purchase or assume a streak works exactly like an older video.

A practical free-to-play route

  1. First completions: Use owned default tools and aim to finish safely. Learn teacher gaze, Anxiety recovery, and the timer.
  2. Accuracy practice: Confirm the sheet version and complete Phone corrections in numbered batches. Raise grades without lengthening exposure.
  3. First planned purchase: Buy the item that reduces your actual bottleneck after checking its current price, currency, and level gate.
  4. Repeatable earning: Run assessments at a grade you can reproduce. Track how much time and how many Phone cycles each completion needs.
  5. Milestone check: After every level change, inspect the Shop for genuinely new options. Do not rely solely on an old list.
  6. Efficiency upgrades: Favor effects that shorten or reduce risky actions. Better equipment should make the safe loop smaller, not tempt you to stay exposed.
  7. Perfect-score attempts: Chase 100% only when version handling, answer alignment, teacher reading, and time management are all reliable.

This route requires no paid shortcut. Robux products may save time, protect inventory, add Credits, or move a level gate depending on the current Shop, but they do not replace the skills that complete the assessment.

Choose upgrades by return, not rarity

An upgrade has a good return when it makes the next completion more likely. A Phone improvement can reduce scans or processing exposure. A timer item can prevent late panic. An information wearable can help in a specific situation but may introduce a control or meter tradeoff. Compare the benefit with the failure you recorded.

Use the best-gadgets guide for scenario-based choices and the all-items guide for live Shop verification. Some community sources disagree on wearable prices and gates; that is a reason to check the game, not a reason to abandon planning.

Avoid buying several items at once after a good payout. Test one new tool over several assessments so you can tell whether it helps. If completion time, exposure count, or grade does not improve, return to the simpler loadout.

Diagnose slow progress

Credits are growing slowly. Finish more consistently before attempting perfect runs, then improve one answer batch at a time. Compare result breakdowns rather than only the final balance.

A level did not change. Check whether the assessment completed, whether the caught state ended it early, and what the result screen actually displayed. Rejoin once if the lobby display appears stale.

An item remains locked. Read both its level and currency requirement in the live Shop. You may satisfy one condition but not the other.

A guide price is different. Use the current Shop value. Beta balance, different currencies, and separate permanent versus consumable products can produce different numbers.

A paid shortcut did not teach the new item. Practice the control and safe-window sequence independently. A purchase changes access, not teacher behavior.
